Why are some of my items being shipped separately?

When you order multiple products, each item may be shipped from different international warehouses depending on stock availability and the fastest delivery options.
If a product is in high demand and on backorder, we may send your items separately and at different times to ensure you receive the available products as quickly as possible.

Updating Your Order

Am I able to edit/update my order?

If the item has already been dispatched, we are unable to make any changes.
